ABOUT ME

A guide who's walked this path
My path into this work started with my own body, long before the lecture hall. I've spent a lifetime exploring what pleasure, intimacy, and connection really mean, and more than a decade helping others do the same.
My own sexuality journey has been quite the adventure and it continues to be in the best possible way! I'm bisexual, in a long-term relationship that is non-monogamous and straight-presenting. I've worked in the adult industry in various roles. I've experienced sexual harm and navigated sexual shame. I'm currently experiencing perimenopause - which has been the unexpected catalyst for a beautiful new sexual awakening (yes really! Read about it here). I share all of this because it matters. My lived experience informs my work.
"No matter how you define or
experience your sexuality,
gender, or relationships,
you're always welcome here."
You are the expert in your life. You bring your wisdom; I bring mine, and together we'll create a space for exploration and growth.
HOW I WORK
My approach to sexology
HUMANISTIC
I see you as whole, capable, and full of potential. Not as a problem to be pathologised, labelled, and 'fixed'.
SOMATIC/EMBODIED
Because we are more than just our thoughts, and sexuality doesn't just happen in the head.
TRAUMA INFORMED
Whatever you've been through shapes how we work together - safely, with care, and at your pace.

HOW I CAME TO THIS WORK
My story: how I came to sexology
In my mid 20s, after a lifetime of mostly unsatisfying partnered sexual experiences, I had a sexual awakening. It was an exciting but confusing time as I found myself navigating the uncertain space between disembodiment and sexual awakening. I had no idea who to turn to for guidance so instead I fumbled my way through as I sought sexual liberation in a society where female sexual empowerment was generally met with unease.
Yes - it was a fun, exciting, and subversive time for me but it was also messy and confusing, and at times it was downright traumatic. My experiences awakened a deep calling in me to support people to navigate their sexual wellbeing with more power, pleasure, and self-compassion than was available to me at the time.
"I started Pleasure Spectrum
because I wish something like it
had existed for me."
Now I specialise in guiding people to unravel layers of social conditioning, shame, and expectation around sex, pleasure, and desire. So you don't have to go it alone like I did.
